PCS Shines at Lerato Mahole Hockey Festival

Potchefstroom Central School (PCS) proudly participated in the Lerato Mahole Hockey Festival, hosted at Curro Klerksdorp from 25–26 July. This exciting annual event brought together hockey teams from across the North West, creating a weekend filled with intense matches, team spirit, and memorable sporting moments.
A Weekend of Hockey Action
The festival is renowned for its competitive yet friendly atmosphere, offering young players a platform to showcase their talent, teamwork, and determination. PCS’s learners stepped onto the field with pride, representing their school in every match with energy and passion.
“Play with heart, play as a team, and enjoy every moment”, this was the message from the school as the teams geared up for the weekend’s action. The players not only demonstrated their hockey skills but also embodied the values of sportsmanship and respect, both on and off the field.
Results Coming Soon
As the matches progress, PCS supporters are eagerly waiting for the final results. Regardless of the outcomes, the school is proud of every learner who gave their best on the turf. “We are proud of you!” was the cheer echoed throughout the festival.
