On Friday, 29 August, Pesto is throwing open the doors for their much-loved Pasta Night at 1077 Modderdam Pad, Potchefstroom. The concept is simple: eat as much pasta as you can, starting from 6 PM, and try not to regret your life choices afterwards.
What’s on the Table
Guests can pile their plates high with three different pasta dishes, bread on the side, and no judgement from the staff. It’s a serve-yourself setup, which means you can go back for seconds… or fifths, depending on your stamina. Each ticket also comes with a glass of wine and a dessert, a brownie, to be exact, because nothing says “I’m full” quite like chocolate.
The Cost and Commitment
The evening will set you back R150 per person. That price includes the wine, the brownie, and the unspoken challenge of how much pasta you can fit in before 8 PM. Bookings are essential and a deposit is required to secure your table, so no chancing it by arriving on the night hoping for a seat.
How to Book
To stake your claim, contact 060-505-9550. But be warned, slots are filling quickly, and no amount of charm will help if the tables are all taken.
It’s not every day you get permission to eat three kinds of pasta in one sitting without judgement. Pesto’s Pasta Night offers exactly that, plus wine, dessert, and a comfortable seat to contemplate your choices. Bring your appetite, bring your friends, and maybe bring stretchy pants.
