Potchefstroom is set to host Witness26, a four-day "School of Evangelism," from 30 September to 3 October 2026. The event, held at the Fire & Fragrance venue in the Bult area, aims to move beyond the traditional conference setup by focusing on practical training and spiritual activation.
The programme is packed with 14 sessions designed to equip attendees for outreach and ministry. Organisers have emphasised that the gathering is less about "hype" and more about providing believers with the tools they need to share their faith with confidence in their daily lives.
What’s on the Cards?
The schedule kicks off on the morning of Wednesday, 30 September, with an exclusive Pastors & Leaders Meeting. This early session is dedicated to impartation and leadership development, specifically for those holding all-access passes.
The main event officially opens to the public on Wednesday evening at 18:00. From Thursday through Saturday, the days are full, with doors opening as early as 07:30 for sessions that run until late in the evening. Attendees can expect a mix of:
Teaching and Equipping: Focused sessions on understanding the Gospel.
Practical Outreach: Opportunities to apply what is learned in a real-world setting.
Ministry: Including water baptisms, healing, and prophetic evangelism.
Worship: Led by the Fire & Fragrance SA worship team.
Familiar Faces on the Podium
The speaker line-up features several well-known figures in the local and international ministry circuits. Pickard Henn, Werner Strydom, William Hinn, Alwyn Uys, and Gabriel Strydom are all slated to lead various sessions throughout the week. Each brings a different focus, ranging from spiritual gift activation to the core principles of evangelism.

The event will be hosted at the Absa Building on Steve Biko Street, a central spot for those familiar with the Bult.
