A powerful movement of unity and spiritual renewal is taking root in the heart of Potchefstroom. The Potchefstroom Youth Christian Fellowship (PYCF), a multi-denominational movement dedicated to empowering the next generation of believers, has officially announced its highly anticipated Pre-Easter Gathering 2026.
The fellowship was founded with a singular, clear vision: to bridge the gap between different church denominations and create a unified space where young people can grow together in faith and purpose.

A Season of Preparation
As the Easter season approaches—a cornerstone of the Christian calendar—the PYCF is inviting the community to a day of reflection and fellowship. The gathering is designed to prepare hearts for the significance of the resurrection while strengthening the bonds of the local youth.
“This is more than just a meeting,” says Rev. Thapelo Luvuyo Plaatjie, Chairperson of the fellowship. “It is about building a spiritually empowered generation that stands together, regardless of their specific church background.”
