Clash of the Titans: Gimmies vs Volkies – 23 & 24 May
Potchefstroom lit up with school pride as Gimmies and Volkies took to the fields in rugby, netball, and hockey!Our camera crew was on the ground capturing the fierce rivalry and roaring support.
23 May – Classic Clash kicks off with all the action 24 May – The ultimate showdown continues!
It wasn’t just about the scores,it was about tradition, team spirit, and that unmistakable Potch vibe.

From academic showcases to sports and culture, the evening buzzed with pride, tradition, and excitement for what lies ahead. A school with heart, heritage, and a clear vision for the future! Johané attended the rare and wonderful Open Day at Abraham Kriel Children’s Home. A truly moving experience where the public could get a behind-the-scenes glimpse into a place filled with love, support, and second chances.
