Governance and Public Accountability The 2024/2025 Annual Report Review In a major step toward fiscal transparency, the City of Matlosana has issued a formal notice for Public Participation  regarding the Annual Report for the 2024/2025 financial year . This process is not merely a formality but a statutory requirement under Section 20 of the Local Government Systems Act (No 32 of 2000)  and Chapter 12 of the Municipal Finance Management Act (No 56 of 2003) . Meeting Venue:  Auditorium, Klerksdorp Civic Centre Date & Time:  Thursday, 05 March 2026, from 12:00 to 17:00 Objective:  To allow the public and council officials to scrutinize the city’s financial health and service delivery performance over the previous fiscal year.
