Dié twee het in 2023 ontmoet; Wilmar het by ‘n lodge in Namibië opgetree en Jana en haar niggie was ‘toevallig’ daar. Na so paar liedjies, het Jana impulsief vir Wilmar gevra of sy saam met hom kan sing. Natuurlik was Wilmar bietjie skepties, maar nadat hy so paar videos van Jana gesien sing het, het hy ingestem dat sy die verhoog met hom deel. Hulle het die ikoniese liedjie, The Story, van Brandi Carlile gesing en net daar het die vonke gespat en ‘n nuwe vuur het vlam gevat. Jana het eers saam met ‘n plaaslike Potchefstroom band opgetree, maar toe haar en Wilmar se stemme saamsmelt, het hulle besluit dat hul unieke klank met ander gedeel moet word en het hul eie ding begin - en dit is waar Tuned in TWO gebore is. Toe daar gevra word oor hoe hul op die naam besluit het, het hulle die volgende geantwoord. "Ons is baie in sync en in tune met mekaar. Laasgenoemde het as die wenners weggestap by 2023 se Potch Unplugged kompetisie. "Internasionaal sal ons graag saam met The Lumineers wil optree of collaborate."  Wat is julle proses wanneer julle nuwe liedjies skryf? Wilmar skryf die meerderheid van die liedjies, maar dit begin gewoonlik as ‘n gedig en dan begin die twee mix en match en kyk of die geskrywe saam met die begeleiding werk. Wat soms begin as ‘n freestyle jam, het al vrugte opgelewer. Indien hul deurdring na die eindrondte van die Potch Unplugged kompetisie, sal hul die 29ste Februarie ook by deMilko optree waar die wenner aangekondig sal word.  Enige raad of advies vir opkomende kunstenaars? Hul raad aan opkomende kunstenaars is eenvoudig - doen dit net! As daar geleenthede kom, gryp dit aan met altwee hande; die ergste wat iemand vir jou (as kunstenaar) kan sê, is nee. “Niemand gee eintlik so baie om oor jou of jou reputasie nie”, vertel Jana laggend. “Gaan geniet jouself, jy is in die prime van jou lewe. Jy wil nie eendag terugkyk en wens jy het dit gedoen nie.” Die grootste les wat hul geleer het, is om voorbereid te wees tydens elke optrede. “Onvoorbereide, improvisasie optredes werk nie [altyd] so lekker nie. Jy het ekstra selfvertroue as jy weet wat jy volgende gaan doen”, vertel Wilmar. Nog ‘n brokkie advies wat hul kan deel, is hoe meer jy oefen, hoe meer leer jy mekaar se stemme ken - op so ‘n wyse vind jy jou ritme en unieke klank.  'n Spesiale avontuur Vir Wilmar en Jana is hierdie ‘n kosbare avontuur, juis omdat hul die voorreg het om dit met mekaar te kan deel. This elusive creature is none other than the Gorgeous Bushshrike (Telophorus viridis), a bird that captivates the few who are lucky enough to catch a glimpse of its vibrant colors. Known to some as the Four - Colored Bushshrike or Perrin’s Bushshrike, depending on the subspecies, this bird embodies the mystery and beauty of Africa's natural world.
