The Academy’s comprehensive high-performance program includes: • 24 field sessions led by top-tier coaching staff • 32 gym sessions designed by strength and conditioning experts • Mental skills training to help players develop a strong mindset • Access to medical practitioners and support staff for injury prevention • Daily academic lectures provided by eta, the Academy’s academic partner • An 8-week conditioning program focused on enhancing practical performance This rigorous and well-rounded training program offers Ronaldo the opportunity to refine his skills, grow as a player, and get closer to achieving his dream of playing for the Springboks.
