A Night of Bingo and Boutique Blends

Suidsentrum Wine Affairs is hosting an evening of bingo and wine tasting in collaboration with Spier 1692. Scheduled for Thursday, 18 June 2026, the event takes place at Chillmax, located at 37 Retief Street.

The gathering offers an informal setting for wine enthusiasts to sample a curated selection of pairings alongside a two-course meal.

The evening features a structured tasting line-up from the Spier portfolio, ranging from lighter profiles to heavier red blends.

The Wine Selection

• Welcome Drink: An Orange Mimosa crafted with Spier Sparkling Brut Cap Classique.

• Whites & Roses: Spier Signature Chardonnay Pinot Noir.

• The Reds: Spier Signature Cabernet Sauvignon, Spier Seaward Cabernet Sauvignon, Spier Signature Red Blend, and the Spier Creative Block 5 Bordeaux-style red blend.

The Food Pairings

To accompany the tasting, guests will be served a main meal of Italian Spaghetti Bolognese, followed by a hazelnut chocolate pudding for dessert.

Tickets for the evening are priced at R180.00 per person, which covers both the wine tasting and the two-course meal. Because seating at the venue is limited, organizers advise booking in advance.
