After a few years of moonlighting as a hybrid mountainbike event, the Crater Cruise is officially returning to its roots at Koedoeslaagte Trail Park, just outside Parys, on Sunday 8 June 2025. Born in 2004, the Crater Cruise was way ahead of the gravel curve, and now it's back in full force. It’s event #3  in the Gauteng Gravel Series and open to all provinces and nationalities. Don’t stress if you’re not rocking a gravel-specific bike – mountainbikes are still welcome, just not for the U/23 Elite log.
