Met ‘n maandelikse inkomste van sowat R2 300, moet inwoners hul huur, kos en elektrisiteit self dek. Gegewe dié beperkte hulpbronne en die gebrek aan bystand vanaf die munisipaliteit, verkeer baie van die inwoners in moeilike omstandighede. Geysers en brandblussers skep onmiddellike verligting The Go-To Guy het twee 150-liter-geysers geskenk om inwoners te help wat nie toegang tot warm water gehad het nie. In totaal was daar ses geysers in die kompleks wat foutief was, en hoewel drie reeds vervang is, is nog drie benodig. Die inwoners is dankbaar vir die geysers wat hulle reeds ontvang het. Daarbenewens het Build It Potchefstroom twee brandblussers geskenk nadat dit aan die lig gekom het dat daar geen op die perseel was nie. Sonkragligte, wat as ‘n alternatiewe ligbron dien, het ophou werk nadat water ingekom het. Geute is beskadig, krane lek, en sommige dakke is geroes. In baie gevalle herstel inwoners self beskadigde krane of toerusting, aangesien daar tans geen reaksie vanaf die munisipaliteit is nie. Die wagte op die perseel het egter geen behoorlike skuiling nie – hulle sit in weer en wind, en het regtig'n eenvoudige waghuisie nodig. Klopper is aktief betrokke by die inwoners van Immergroen en Harmonie en probeer deurlopend bystand bied. Volgens Klopper vind daar elke tweede week ‘n Community Clean-Up Project plaas waar areas in Die Bult skoongemaak en netjies gehou word. Hy het ook genoem dat daar beplan word om in Junie ‘n Markdag te hou om fondse in te samel vir die herstel van die heining en die moontlike installasie van ‘n elektriese omheining vir Immergroen en Harmonie aftree-oord. He humorously refers to himself as a piece of furniture at NWU, reflecting on his deep-rooted academic career. His field of expertise is physics, mathematics, and computer science, later expanding into astrophysics. He clarifies that astrophysics is not merely the study of astronomy but focuses on the physics of celestial bodies—examining energy transfer, magnetic fields, and the mechanics of stars. The Intersection of Music and Mathematics Pieter raised an intriguing question: how does music relate to physics? Christo explained that many individuals who excel in mathematics also have an affinity for music. His love for music began at a young age, influenced by his mother, who played piano, and his uncle, a professor and opera singer. From primary school, Christo attended a music school, staying until matric. He took a break but later resumed playing, comparing music practice to athletics—where consistent training is essential. His musical influences span classical, light music, and European melodies, favoring soothing, ear-pleasing compositions. From Passion to Production: His Musical Journey Despite his commitments to academia, Christo has managed to compose and release multiple albums. His first album, “Seasons of the Soul”, features 15 tracks and was a culmination of 15 years of effort. His second album, “Touching Beauty”, started during the COVID-19 pandemic and took four years to complete. This album is a mix of his own compositions and well-known songs. Understanding the shift in the music industry, Christo acknowledges that CDs are no longer as popular, with digital platforms such as Apple Music and iTunes taking precedence.
