It was a weekend of extreme emotions for the North West Dragons cricket family, with both the men’s and women’s teams facing stiff opposition on the field. Despite the results, the message from the union remains one of pride and perseverance. After being bowled out for 115, the Dragons fought until the final moments to try and save the match. Despite the defeat, the team’s fighting spirit showed that the "fire is still burning" as they look ahead in the competition.
