Angelize has officially qualified for the National Athletics Championships, taking place from 19 – 21 March 2026 in the Western Cape. Chasing Gold in the Western Cape Competing in the Under 10, 80-meter sprint, Angelize has consistently demonstrated explosive speed and a "never-give-up" attitude on the track. Reaching the national stage is no small feat; it is the result of countless hours of training, discipline, and the unwavering support of her coaches, teachers, and family. The Amelia After Care Centre (Amelia Nasorgsentrum) has announced that its annual charity golf day will return to the Potchefstroom Country Club on Friday, 23 October 2026. This year, the event introduces a "Mystery Golf Format," adding a bit of a twist to the usual day on the greens. The initiative aims to raise funds for the centre's ongoing work, providing a platform for local businesses and residents to contribute while enjoying a round of golf.
