Okosa weier verder ook om die Pretoria FM se Hooggeregshofsege van Desember 2024 te aanvaar wat beslis het dat Pretoria FM se aansoeke om na die Wes-Kaap, Noord-Kaap en Vrystaat uit te brei, deur ICASA oorweeg móét word. ICASA se Ongelyke Behandeling van Aansoekers Onregmatig verklaar ICASA het die aansoeke destyds gediskwalifiseer weens beweerde kort-betalings van aansoekfooie, maar vergunnings aan ander aansoekers in dieselfde proses verleen om gebreke in hulle aansoeke reg te stel. Die uitsaaiowerheid behoort dit makliker te maak vir uitsaaiers om gehoor te word, maar die afgelope aantal jare word die indruk gewek dat nuwe regulasies en oordrewe streng toepassing van reëls gebruik word om eerder gemeenskapsuitsaaiers te beveg as om hulle te help om hul uitsaairegte uit te oefen en ‘n verskeidenheid van stemme op die luggolwe toe te laat. The Promosa Young Stars Football Club is preparing to participate in a local soccer tournament taking place on Saturday, 25 May 2025, and the team is calling on the Potchefstroom community for assistance with food parcel sponsorships. According to a formal letter shared by the team’s management, the club is seeking help in the form of packed meals, food items, or financial contributions to provide meals for their players on the day of the event. A total of approximately 80 food parcels are needed to cover the team’s needs. Promosa Young Stars is made up of dedicated youth players who have been consistently training and competing while representing the Promosa community. The team’s management, Racheal and Farucia, noted that proper nutrition on match day contributes to better performance and helps support the players’ overall well-being. “Your sponsorship will help us provide much-needed meals and refreshments for the players during this important event,” the letter reads.
